  • Deploy WinZip SafeMedia Manager to an admin workstation or virtual machine.
  • Create your desired groups and policies.
  • Export policy configurations.
  • Deploy policies to the control group via your preferred method for deploying workstation registry updates and policy enforcement.

Step 5: Enjoy access to WinZip SafeMedia benefits, including:

  • Access to encrypted USB storage devices and disc burning. Use WinZip SafeMedia on user workstations to add files to a USB storage device or burn a disc using AES 256-bit encryption.
  • Open media on a workstation without WinZip SafeMedia. Insert the recorded USB storage device or disc on another workstation that does not have WinZip SafeMedia installed and open the included SafeMedia Reader to access the encrypted files.
